Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Engagement

  • Create and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and community outreach programs.
  • Arrange property tours, shadowing experiences, information sessions, and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies, such as virtual reality, to develop innovative recruitment experiences.

Relationship Building

  • Foster partnerships with universities and colleges to establish our client as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, talent acquisition teams, and operating committees to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with students, faculty, and career services teams to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Support & Process Management

  • Guide candidates through the application process, providing personalized support and insight into requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain ongoing connections with candidates via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Review applications, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Mentor interns and new hires to facilitate a positive transition into the organization.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide insights on market trends.
  • Stay informed about higher education and recruitment innovations to identify new sources of talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in university/campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; tech-savvy.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for recruitment events.
  • Knowledge of Visa Processing is a plus.
