Position Overview:

We are currently searching for a skilled Business Leader to oversee our aerospace sales division. The ideal candidate will possess a successful background in sales management, business growth, and strategic planning specifically within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the aerospace services sector.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Expand and maintain a broad network of industry connections to strengthen strategic positioning and uncover new business possibilities.
  • Guide our sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that surpass revenue targets.
  • Promote collaboration among different functional teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive activity to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract new clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data to continuously refine strategies and provide actionable business insights to executive management.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master's degree highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically within the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding business operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of the aerospace industry, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong abilities in planning, execution, and achieving business goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to fulfill business requirements and engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
