We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer who will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities to effectively market our products and services to customers. Additionally, this role will involve establishing sales territories and goals, managing product pricing, conducting market research, and developing the sales team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and perform any assigned duties to best serve the company.

  • Supervise and manage associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
  • Achieve targeted profit margins, sales growth, and market share for products and services while meeting customer needs.
  • Foster positive interpersonal relationships internally and externally.
  • Deliver proposals to key customers and collaborate with suppliers when necessary.
  • Work with senior management to develop and execute plans, evaluate company performance, and participate in strategic planning.
  • Implement efficient sales processes that integrate seamlessly with other departments.
  • Attend and present at sales meetings, committee meetings, trade association meetings, food shows, and seminars.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

6-10 years of experience in foodservice industry sales or related area with supervisory experience.
Bachelors degree in business management, sales/marketing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in foodservice industry sales with supervisory/management experience.
