This position is responsible for providing client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). The main focus is to customize solutions for clients based on their specific needs, support enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and advocate for clients within the FA's business. The role includes acting as the primary point of contact for addressing all service needs of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service by educating clients about the bank's services and offerings
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on client and FA requests
  • Assist in aligning practices with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, client protection, and risk management
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting the bank's offerings and incorporating banking into clients' day-to-day practices
  • Support day-to-day team activities and fulfill roles when needed, prioritizing the client's needs

Required Qualifications:

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63/65 or 66
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of investment products
