Job Description

• Manage all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Prepare reports, pleadings, and correspondence
• Offer legal analysis and advice to clients
• Maintain an organized digital case file system
• Collaborate with internal team members and client representatives

Qualifications

• Prior experience in workers' compensation defense (mandatory)
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar (mandatory)
• Comfortable with working in a digital environment
• Experience with MerusCase is a bonus
