Job Description
- Manage all aspects of workers' compensation defense litigation
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Prepare reports, pleadings, and correspondence
- Offer legal analysis and advice to clients
- Maintain an organized digital case file system
- Collaborate with internal team members and client representatives
Qualifications
- Prior experience in workers' compensation defense (mandatory)
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar (mandatory)
- Comfortable with working in a digital environment
- Experience with MerusCase is a bonus
