• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 3 years of experience in related fields such as HR, workforce development, or school liaison is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge in healthcare system careers, recruitment, and workforce development is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated success in developing and leading recruitment and workforce strategies.

Responsibilities and Compensation:
• This is a full-time position primarily on the day shift.
• Compensation ranges between $70,000 and $82,000 per year depending on experience.

Job Description:
• This role is responsible for providing leadership, vision, and overall coordination of workforce development strategies and initiatives within the healthcare system. Working closely with department leaders, the incumbent will identify workforce development needs and develop effective strategies to recruit the necessary staffing resources. In addition, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with school counselors and instructors to promote healthcare careers to students and facilitate their connection as potential job candidates. The development of education and recruitment programs for students at different educational levels will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, the job involves identifying opportunities for improving recruitment outcomes as employment demands evolve. This position also requires the establishment of procedures to audit, monitor, and evaluate the results of initiatives and programs.
• The Workforce Development Manager will foster productive partnerships with local and regional schools, including high schools, vocational programs, technical schools, and universities. Collaborating with the Human Resources and Marketing departments, the manager will develop effective recruitment programs, such as job fairs and social media campaigns.

Additional Information:
• The position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
• This is a new position and not a remote role.
• The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with local schools to educate students about healthcare career paths at the facility. Additionally, they will be expected to track and demonstrate the return on investment for their interactions with students. Speaking at various classes upon request, developing school programs, and attending school/job fairs are all part of the role's expectations.
