After attending BYU, Sara worked in the legal field for a while and then started recruiting as an independent in 2012.

Sara been a recruiter since 2012 focusing on candidate development, resourcing, and filling client roles fast. As of November 2023, Sara has been a part of more than 230 placements in a broad range of fields including manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, accounting/finance, sales/marketing, supply chain, pharma, agriculture, and more!
