Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in the Intel & Cyber sector by fostering strong relationships with IC and federal customers. This individual will report to the Sector President, develop strategies, identify new opportunities, and lead pursuits to grow our market presence. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and developing a successful team of business development and sales professionals to meet sector growth goals.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within defense / DOW and national security markets, with a proven track record of successful campaigns, captures, and a strong network of industry contacts. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of Intelligence Community and Special Operations Community missions and the ability to build relationships with diverse cultures is crucial for this role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of related experience. A Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of related experience will also be considered. Alternatively, a minimum of 19 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
