Senior Project Manager – Corporate Workplace Interiors

An innovative design solutions provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York City, with specific expertise in corporate workplace interiors.

This role requires a talented professional with over a decade of experience in managing diverse projects within a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in RFP responses and participate in new business presentations
  • Manage man/hour projections and project fees
  • Develop contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate team, landlord, and consultants
  • Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review
  • Create consultant RFPs
  • Develop project budgets and schedules
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout all project stages
  • Oversee project production and staffing projections
  • Conduct final red-line review of construction documents
  • Review consultant documents holistically

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BA); Master’s degree (MA) preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of consistent project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure

The expected Annual Salary Range for this position is: $120K to $160K. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a comprehensive benefits package.
