Senior Project Manager – Corporate Workplace Interiors

An innovative design solutions provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York City, with specific expertise in corporate workplace interiors.
This role requires a talented professional with over a decade of experience in managing diverse projects within a corporate setting.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in RFP responses and participate in new business presentations
- Manage man/hour projections and project fees
- Develop contractual agreements
- Collaborate with clients, real estate team, landlord, and consultants
- Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review
- Create consultant RFPs
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Act as the primary client contact throughout all project stages
- Oversee project production and staffing projections
- Conduct final red-line review of construction documents
- Review consultant documents holistically
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BA); Master’s degree (MA) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of consistent project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong presentation abilities
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure
The expected Annual Salary Range for this position is: $120K to $160K. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a comprehensive benefits package.
