Assistant General Manager - Fast Food Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and lead a team of 10+ employees to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and product quality.
Manage P&L by implementing strategic business plans, controlling expenses, enhancing customer service, and driving sales through local store marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management, with expertise in team building, marketing, P&L management, and food safety.
Proficient in managing systems, inventory, training, and setting and achieving business goals.
Must have a ServSafe certification and be available for a flexible 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
Compensation includes a salary ranging from $50-60K, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits package.
