Salary: $80K – 100K plus bonus

Job Summary of the Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd & 3rd shifts: The position of Maintenance Supervisor entails overseeing maintenance teams responsible for the upkeep and repair of critical equipment in the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting machinery, and optimizing production efficiency to ensure continuous operations. By supervising key maintenance processes, the Maintenance Supervisor is instrumental in maintaining optimal production levels and enhancing the facility's overall performance. Effective leadership in maintenance is essential for ensuring seamless equipment operation and maximizing production output.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd & 3rd shifts:

· Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as machine repairs.

· Provide training on work methods and safety procedures.

· Supervise and maintain maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient operation.

· Coordinate with Production to schedule maintenance tasks promptly for equipment and facility repairs.

· Develop and implement effective maintenance systems such as Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOPs, and Safety standards.

· Offer long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failures.

· Monitor and report on performance by developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track maintenance efficiency. Provide status updates to management.

· Ensure compliance of maintenance tasks with USDA regulations. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

· Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, employee development, and coaching.

Education & Experience Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd & 3rd shifts:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

· Experience in training or managing staff, as well as problem-solving high-level issues.

· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Advanced technical skills in various fields such as refrigeration and mechanical engineering are a plus.

· Experience in resource planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

· Knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, and maintenance software is preferred.

· Strong leadership qualities and effective planning skills are desired.

· Must be collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented to maintain positive work relationships.

· Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
