We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Las Vegas, NV, specifically for our Trauma ICU (TICU) department.

We need a skilled RN with experience in high-acuity settings, who is committed to providing exceptional care to critically ill and trauma patients in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

Overview
As a Trauma ICU RN, you'll be responsible for delivering specialized care to acutely ill patients, utilizing advanced monitoring and life-saving therapies. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Nevada RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• TNCC & ABLS certification required within 12 months of hire
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a similar setting
• Previous Trauma ICU experience is a must
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center preferred
• CCRN and/or TNCC certification highly desired

Key Duties
• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the Trauma ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions closely
• Administer medications and therapies according to protocols
• Carry out necessary nursing procedures
• Develop and execute patient care plans
• Work closely with medical staff and other teams
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient safety

We're looking for someone who can remain calm in challenging situations, has strong clinical skills, and is experienced in managing critically ill patients in an ICU environment. Excellent communication, adaptability, and trauma-focused critical care expertise are essential.

Physical Demands
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Occasional lifting/moving of up to 100 lbs
• Safely transferring and repositioning patients
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
