Broad Role with Excellent Career Growth
Are you seeking a Senior Accountant position where you can engage in more than just reconciliations and month-end close processes?
Our client is a well-established, fourth-generation privately held company with a variety of businesses in construction, service, distribution, ecommerce, and light manufacturing. They offer the stability of a long-standing organization along with a complex, fast-paced accounting atmosphere where you will gain exposure to nearly all aspects of the business.
This role is particularly appealing for individuals who have a background in public accounting and have transitioned into the industry. You will collaborate closely with an experienced Controller and a new CFO, have visibility across multiple business units, and engage in hands-on tasks related to financial reporting, work-in-progress and project accounting, job costing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, as well as systems and process enhancement.
Instead of being confined to one aspect of the closing process, you will have the chance to comprehend the entire business operation and gain the experience necessary for advancing in your career.
The company boasts a history of stability, provides performance-based bonus opportunities and excellent benefits, and allows for one day of remote work per week once you are trained and established in the role.
