Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Transformation Specialist to oversee our RFP operations and enhance them to gain a competitive edge. This individual will be responsible for managing the proposal development process and developing our RFP strategy to ensure we target the right opportunities, set ourselves apart in our responses, and consistently secure projects. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional with expertise in RFP strategy, capture management, and sales enablement. They should have the ability to make strategic decisions and lead the execution to align our RFP efforts with the company's growth goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in RFP responses, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases.
- Craft narratives for product solutions and best practices.
- Guide executives towards scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
· This role involves solution alignment and scoping, but not system configuration.
Requirements
· 3-5 years’ experience in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or software solution consulting, especially ECM software.
- Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise purchasing dynamics.
- Strong sales acumen and program management skills.
- Ability to guide stakeholders towards best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Salary: $165,000 plus $35,000 bonus - Hybrid
