What You’ll Own

Enterprise Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape financial strategy in alignment with organizational growth objectives.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and long-term strategies.
  • Play a pivotal role in investment decisions, business expansion, capital allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Provide data-driven insights to influence high-level executive decision-making.
  • Establish, mentor, and elevate a high-performing finance team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Financial Planning, Analysis & Performance Management

  • Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities organization-wide.
  • Create sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Set meaningful performance metrics and KPIs to drive operational accountability and enhance business performance.
  • Analyze budget performance, identify trends, and propose proactive adjustments as needed.
  • Develop executive-level reports to effectively communicate financial performance.

Accounting, Controls & Financial Governance

  • Supervise accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Lead audit readiness, internal and external audit coordination, and financial documentation management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Collaborate with external advisors on tax planning, reporting, and compliance efforts.

Cash Flow, Revenue Optimization & Capital Management

  • Direct cash management strategy, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Manage revenue recognition practices, billing processes, and financial policies to support sustainable growth.
  • Oversee capital planning and financial oversight for strategic investments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining business momentum and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance profitability through rigorous financial analysis and operational collaboration.

Systems, Analytics & Process Transformation

  • Promote modern financial systems, reporting automation, and process efficiencies.
  • Utilize ERP platforms and business intelligence tools to enhance visibility, accuracy, and decision-making support.
  • Construct scalable reporting structures for real-time financial insights.
  • Lead financial systems upgrades, workflow improvements, and transformation efforts for organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial certifications preferred.
  • At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in finance leadership within complex, dynamic, multi-site organizations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across different departments.
