Personal Injury Lawyer
Location: New York, NY
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our legal team in New York City. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload from start to finish, representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases. They will manage all aspects of litigation while providing compassionate and effective representation to our clients.
Primary Duties
- Handle all phases of personal injury and medical malpractice cases from initial client consultation to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend depositions and court appearances.
- Evaluate cases, develop strategies, negotiate settlements, and provide client updates.
- Supervise and work with support staff to ensure effective case management.
Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the NY State Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
- Strong trial experience and excellent legal writing and research skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
