BSEE Custom Electrical Controls Systems Integration Engineer
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and previous experience in custom industrial machine design are necessary qualifications for this role

Promotional possibilities exist, potentially leading to managerial positions for those interested. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Assessing customer requirements
  • Designing custom industrial automation machines
  • Developing electrical control systems and power distribution
  • Creating electrical hardware designs
  • Programming robots, servos, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • Collaborating with Vision Systems
  • Conducting testing procedures
  • Servicing and maintaining custom machines
  • Preparing quotes for customers
  • Traveling, potentially up to 50% of the time, including international travel

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in custom machine design
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • At least three years of experience in electrical hardware design
  • At least three years of experience in programming robots, HMIs, and PLCs
  • At least three years of Vision Systems experience
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel
  • A proven track record of professional success
  • United States citizenship or Green Card holder status
  • A residence located within a 45-minute commute to the Pewaukee area
