Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Salary: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Shift Lead Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Mark Andy 2200 six and eight color presses with water-based inks. Attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial to success in this position.


  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Mark Andy 2200 six and eight color flexographic presses.
  • Ensure proper registration, color consistency, and print quality throughout the production run.
  • Monitor press performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Train and mentor junior press operators to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating flexographic presses, preferably Mark Andy 2200 or similar models.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in color matching, ink mixing, and press setup.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Gallus, Comco, Nilpeter, or Aquaflex presses is highly desirable.
