Qualifications:
•Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a current Ohio Pharmacist License.
•Three years of experience in acute care and retail, along with four years of related experience in system administration, systems analysis/design, or computer system project management.
•Extensive knowledge of nursing department operations, interdepartmental relations, and accreditation standards.
•Experience with large enterprise clinical system projects and clinical information system software. Epic certification or implementation experience preferred.
•Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Hours and Compensation:
•Full-time position.
•Salary range of $51.93hr(108K) to $71.49hr(148K) based on experience.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with corporate management to establish organizational goals and implement systems and procedures to achieve these goals.
•Work with pharmacy, nursing units, ED, and other clinical departments to assess needs, select appropriate systems, and develop plans for improved operations and systems solutions.
•Oversee all aspects of nursing and clinical applications for the facility's information systems.
•Act as a liaison between IT, pharmacy, nursing, clinical departments, department directors, IS, and medical staff.
•Manage inpatient and ambulatory drug formularies, pharmacy operations, and related clinical applications for the facility's information systems.
